Quality & Sustainability

QUALITY & SUSTAINABILITY Sustainability Targets and objectives relating to waste reduction are assessed annually and are audited externally through ISOQAR representatives. Fenton has held the ISO 14001:2004 standard for 5 consecutive years and as such have demonstrated that objectives and targets laid out in tis policies have been met and continual improvement and monitoring has taken place. Where specifications permit we will look to use the most environmentally friendly products and materials currently available on the market. We endeavor to follow the “reduce – reuse – recycle” principal in all parts of our business and throughout all our projects and look to reduce our impact on the surrounding environment as much as possible. We have invested in our own fleet of up to date delivery vehicles allowing us to manage and plan our own logistics. This often gives us the opportunity to make multiple material/plant collections and deliveries in one journey, not only saving on delivery charges but also reducing the carbon we generate as business. Quality Fenton quality management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and are at the heart our business from tender analysis and initial value engineering to finished product handover to the client. By continually assessing our work at all stages of the construction cycle we are able to feedback information from clients and the workforce to continually improve our processes driving quality standards up across all aspects of our business. By striving and achieving high quality results on all our projects we are able to get repeat work and demonstrate to new clients that we can meet and exceed their expectations. Quality and Fenton have become synonymous and reputation often precedes us when meeting new clients. By using feedback to continually improve in areas where the highest quality of finish is required we are able to apply the same principals to other areas of work to raise efficiency and quality standards.
